Policy

Membership is a virtual subscription: a full refund is available within 7 days of payment if member-only features (unlimited AI feedback, handwriting OCR, premium read-aloud, etc.) have not been used; otherwise refunds are negotiated pro-rata for the remaining period.

How to request

Contact the admin in-app or email schools@writecoach4kids.ai with your order number. Approved refunds return via the original payment method and the corresponding entitlement is revoked.
