What we collect

Account details (username, role, grade), submitted writing and practice records, and usage data necessary to provide the service. The school lead form collects contact and organisation details only and never enters the student database.

How we use it

Data is used solely to provide the writing-learning service: generating feedback, recording progress, and supporting authorised teacher and family views. We do not sell personal data and never send student writing or sensitive minor data to advertising platforms.

Protecting minors

Tracking is minimised and ad profiling is disabled by default for minors. Parents and schools may request access, correction, or deletion of related data.
